3D Highlights Board (Memory Palace): Your annotations now live in a beautiful 3D space! Highlight your favorite phrases while reading, and watch them appear as post-it notes on a virtual wooden board above your library. Navigate through multiple pages of highlights using the side arrows.
** Full PDF Text Selection:** PDFs are no longer just images! We integrated a dynamic TextLayer that makes PDF text fully selectable and highlightable, exactly like EPUBs.
Automatic Frontend PDF Covers: PDFs without embedded covers now get their cover automatically generated from the first page directly in the browser. No more heavy backend dependencies!

Bug Fixes & Improvements

  • Large File Handling: Added dynamic timeouts and optimized RAM usage. You can now safely process EPUBs and PDFs with tens of thousands of pages (e.g., 30k+ pages) without freezing the server.
  • UI/UX Polish:
    Fixed text alignment buttons visibility in Light/Dark mode.
    Added a stunning red glow effect on EPUB highlights when hovering over them.
  • Expanded the Help Modal with a custom glassmorphism scrollbar and better readability.
  • Accurate Page Count: PDFs now correctly extract the real page count from metadata instead of estimating it from limited text extraction.

Correzioni e Miglioramenti

  • Gestione File Giganti: Aggiunti timeout dinamici e ottimizzazione della RAM. Ora puoi processare in sicurezza EPUB e PDF con decine di migliaia di pagine (es. 30k+ pagine) senza bloccare il server.
  • ** Ritocchi UI/UX:**
    Corretta la visibilità dei bottoni di allineamento testo in modalità Chiara/Scura.
    Aggiunto un suggestivo effetto bagliore rosso sugli highlight EPUB al passaggio del mouse.
    Ampliato il Modale della Guida con una scrollbar glassmorphism personalizzata e migliore leggibilità.
  • ** Conteggio Pagine Preciso:** I PDF ora estraggono correttamente il numero reale di pagine dai metadati invece di stimarlo dall'estrazione limitata del testo.
