OpenTrace 1.1.0

This release adds file attachments to notes. Attached files are copied into
the investigation folder, remain available while editing a note, and are
preserved when a case is packed into a ZIP archive. Notes containing files
now display a link indicator directly on the board.

It also keeps the red accent point visible on the welcome screen and fixes
language switching while an investigation is open.

Download OpenTrace-1.1.0-Windows-x64.zip, extract the complete directory, and run OpenTrace.exe.

Windows SmartScreen may display a warning because this community build is not code-signed.
