The backend is developed in python (3.4.2).

For the front-end the decision is open.

The database is PostrgeSQL.

As ORM SQLAlchemy is used.

The main language is english. All code, comments and front-end texts are written in english. For the front end, everything should be designed for i18n from the beginning.
