Administrator work is not available over any API. The hosted API and
a desk's local and LAN APIs refuse it with reason admin_not_via_api
(kind refused): an exec asking to run as administrator is answered exit
254 with that error, and minting a token with the admin scope is a 403.
This SDK never had an admin exec option; create_token(scopes=[..., "admin"]) on the api, local and lan transports is now a UsageError (reason admin_not_via_api) raised before anything is sent
— breaking for code that minted admin tokens through the API, which now
refuses them anyway. Administrator work runs only through gaiadesk-cli exec --admin; the CLI transport still mints admin-scoped tokens. New
constant ADMIN_NOT_VIA_API; both refusals surface as RefusedError
with that reason.
Windows: response_timeout now ends the wait at its limit (a socket
shutdown does not wake a blocked receive there; the SDK also closes the
socket's handle, where it used to wait for a 5-second backstop), and kill() stops a stream still waiting for its answer. The local
transport's named pipe also cancels a blocked synchronous read
(CancelSynchronousIo), so idle_timeout holds there.
Tests: Windows fixes (no Unix socket server, \n line ends from the fake
CLI, refused-connect timing), a flaky local-socket test, and a real
named-pipe timeout test.
