Rolling asset store for documentation media that stays out of git: the dasImgui tutorial MP4 recordings staged into doc/source/_static/tutorials/ by utils/docs_assets/fetch before sphinx builds. Re-record workflow: tests/dasImgui/rerecord_all.ps1 -> ffmpeg -> gh release upload docs-assets *.mp4 --clobber. Not a software release.
