The loop grows judgment. Cut hours after beta.39, this build lands the reliability batch a day of live multi-lane runs demanded: a zero-model-cost pre-review gate bounces bad handoffs in milliseconds (with the release-note requirement computed from the diff itself); a harvested implementation only earns credit once its finish gates pass on the exact commit; the supervisor's spawn ledger becomes the sole authority on agent family topology (atomic seeds, fail-closed on torn reads); interrupted bug fixes now resume on their own branch and a busy checkout defers a merge instead of discarding a finished fix. Issue harvest ships both halves — a pull consumer with local persistence and an absorb step that turns defects into inbox drafts and gates enhancements for a human. Also: the revived scheduled knowledge-ingestion system, full database rebuild and per-kind index regeneration with a matching drift heal, cache reads surfaced in cost telemetry, path-scoped search no longer paying a full-repo walk, hardened worktree containment for sandboxed workers, and the first slice of the single-writer board architecture (off by default while it soaks).
