The field speaks, the same day it ships. Every fix in this cut traces to real project reports filed against yesterday's build. Deleting a bug record can no longer wedge a project half-done — the operation is transactional on every layout, recovers cleanly from any earlier stuck attempt, and its errors now tell the truth. The autopilot work queue explains itself: items passed over by eligibility checks print the reason instead of vanishing. Commits inside agent worktrees survive a missing optional hook helper (fail-open with a note), successful-but-lingering workers are recorded as successes — with their review still scheduled — instead of false failures, and a batch of polish landed across doctor output, upgrade progress, and messaging validation. Biggest quality-of-life change: work items now carry their full story — who asked, what they asked in their own words, why it matters, what it touches — enforced at creation and readable weeks later.
