Changes

Fixed Browse for game EXE button in Game from URL plugin not work since it was being called from an MTA thread.
IGameInstaller.Install no longer runs with Task.Run, not sure why I did this in the first place.
The game install form now resets progress and displays a clear failed / cancelled status at the bottom on failing / cancelling. Previously it would just not update, making it appear frozen.
