v2 commits protocol support. Parses the v2 GET JSON response and exposes head_sha (the current Ganymede HEAD SHA) as an output — persist it (e.g. .ganymede-sha-) and pass it to flow-commit-action's base_sha for conflict-safe deploys. Always sends includeLibFiles explicitly (so include_lib_files: false works). Shell-injection hardening: flow_name validated, no user input written to $GITHUB_ENV, signed URL passed via a delimited step output. Requires an api-server with the v2 commits endpoints.
