6. NPCs

The NPCs of Mistria are made up of many interlocking parts. If you are looking to edit specific aspects about NPCs, please look at one of the subpages. If you're looking to replace portrait sprites or overworld sprites, you should check out sprite replacement modding here.

If you're looking to create your own NPC from scratch, it is advised that you familiarize yourself with as much of the assets folder as possible. Creating a new NPC requires GML (coding knowledge) as well as knowledge of the game system.
