RTX VSR Studio v1.0.0

First release of RTX VSR Studio, a Windows app for upscaling video with NVIDIA RTX Video Super Resolution.

RTX-VSR-Studio.exe: one portable file (~870 MB). Nothing to install, and ffmpeg is included.

It unpacks to %TEMP% on every launch, so it takes about 12–16 seconds to open. For a faster-starting folder build, clone the repo and run build.bat.

Requirements

• NVIDIA RTX GPU (RTX 20-series / Turing or newer)
• NVIDIA driver 570.65 or later
• 64-bit Windows 10 or 11

If something doesn't work, run RTX-VSR-Studio.exe --self-test. It checks the SDK, the GPU, a test upscale and NVENC, and tells you which one failed.

Features

• Upscale to 720p, 1080p, 1440p or 4K without changing the aspect ratio
• Long jobs are processed in segments and resume after a crash or cancel
• Batch queue, before/after preview, process only a time range
• H.264/HEVC (.mp4) or ProRes/DNxHR (.mov), ready for Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve
• Never overwrites an existing file
