Desktop modular preview

DevRelay now provides a modular wrapper and plug-in catalog, plus a working inspect/edit/test reference workflow inside Desktop. The installed devrelay-code skill supports existing repositories and new project directories with their approved project context. It returns the diff, actual Node test results, and explicit replay/drift status.

After installation, start a new Desktop chat and say: Use DevRelay to make a tested change in this repository.

This preview handles trusted local Node tests and explicit text-file creation/replacement. The larger governed orchestration workflow remains available. Superpowers guided development; it is not a runtime dependency. No public npm publication or full lifecycle business acceptance is claimed.

Validation: 1,257 local tests passed, two optional historical-source checks skipped, no failures; all 11 PR checks passed. Independent review found no material issues. The release build verified 470 package files and 236 installed exports, and attested the attached tarball, source catalog, SBOM, and checksum ledger.
