Add linux support via its own console application

For linux, download the respective linux version and run Patcher to see all options
Minimum to run:
./Patcher original --mqdir /home/everquest to patch original where /home/everquest is the location of your eqgame.exe
./Patcher kunark --mqdir /home/everquest to patch kunark where /home/everquest is the location of your eqgame.exe
