- Recorder: CelesTrak GP, SupGP for Starlink and ten operators, SATCAT, every 4 hours
- Screen: SGP4, 100 km spatial hash, linear closest approach, 50 ms refinement; recall 80/80 against brute force
- Attribution by owner, fleet, type, launch and object; public ephemeris status
- Daily brief (template sentences) and maneuver detection
- Data sealed daily: chained SHA-256 manifests, Sigstore attestations, SLSA provenance
- Website: dodge.gautamkhosla.com, strict CSP with Trusted Types
