Improvements:
- Added support for Unicode characters in modules paths (UTF-16);
- List of modules is printed out now right while the process is running;
- Added using tutorial into README.md;
- Executable file has been renamed to GCS.DllImporter.exe;
Bug-fixes:
- Fixed possible memory leaks while getting list of process modules.
