First release: the household doctor assistant for a Telegram group.

• Records appointments, medicines, supplements, allergies, diet rules and lab values from messages, voice notes, PDFs and photos, one commit each in the private data repository, with /deshacer to undo.
• Reminds each appointment the evening before, each preparation in time, and asks afterwards how it went, without the AI.
• Reads the latest data before every turn and named files from other health repositories with an ETag.
• A private chat carries only that person's data; a calendar write waits for that person's Aprobar.
• Writes a small export for a meal planner: allergies, intolerances, diet rules, medicines taken and fasting windows.
