Live updates work again on SQLite, plus dependency updates. No migration. Docker deployments only need the new pins.

Fixed

• Open viewer tabs update live again on SQLite. The backup's push to the viewer sent dates through plain json.dumps, which cannot write a datetime, so every push that carried one (new and edited messages among them) failed with "Object of type datetime is not JSON serializable" and showed only after a refresh. The push now writes dates as ISO text, the same as the PostgreSQL path. Capture was never affected. Thanks to @jcugat for the report and the fix. (#593)
