Changes for recursive search to work for prerelease

Add setting to define path to a prereleases local tag directory. Only going to have the one since having one for every build is insane.

Fix a physics condition that had the wrong check type for the value.

Add a version option to the tag import menu to define the era we are working on.

Fix H2 tag importing breaking due to improper args

Simplify tag interface read_file args

Add the linux path workaround to the writer
