InstinctFlash: complete Thor pipeline

Full InstinctFlash source, eight model adapters, Thor CUDA kernels and paired reproduction tools.

Start with INSTALL.rst and REPRODUCE.rst in the tagged source. Native flash_rt targets CPython 3.12 / Linux aarch64 / CUDA 13 / SM110. Cosmos uses the separate BF16 C ABI library with Python 3.13. All native implementations and source-build commands are included.

The README records the tested precision, sampling and cache selections. Cosmos headline results use full UniPC4/CFG3. Speed measurements do not certify task success. The separate SDE1 Edge overlays are experimental and did not recover the original UniPC4 quality profile; their model license and notices are included.

Current public-pipeline qualification and historical numerical comparisons are recorded separately, including prior failed attempts. No prior Cosmos task SCREEN is transferred.
