What's new in 1.1.1

• Fixed the tab bar showing raw translation keys (e.g. nav.devices) on first launch. The app now waits for the saved language to load before rendering navigation titles.
• Production builds are now verifiably production. A build-tooling defect could hand you a staging-configured APK from the documented production recipe; the environment is now forwarded and stamped, so the published artifact is guaranteed to be a real production build.

New in this build — phone-side MCAP recording (built with EXPO_PUBLIC_PHONE_RECORD=1):

• Record-to switch on the capture panel: Device SD card (unchanged SD path) or Phone (USB) — records the live bus to a .mcap on the phone over USB-NCM, no SD card required.
• Recordings screen has two tabs: the device's SD sessions and the phone's local recordings (export-to-Downloads, delete, capture metadata).

Companion apps:

• visio-companion-1.0.5-android-dev.apk — Android (arm64-v8a), prod OSS read key, debug-signed: uninstall a production-signed install before installing, and vice versa.

No HarmonyOS .hap in this release (Android-only feature build).

Asset replaced 2026-07-08: the initial upload was built without the OSS read key (firmware-download list could not load); rebuilt with VISIO_ENV=prod and verified on hardware.
