Interactive word tree view for Obsidian — a dependency-free TypeScript port of Jason Davies' Word Tree, implementing the technique from Wattenberg & Viégas, The Word Tree, an Interactive Visual Concordance (IEEE InfoVis 2008).

  • Follows the active note; opens in a pinned split beside your notes
  • Defaults to the note's most frequent word; frequency strip along the bottom (word (count), min. 2 uses) for one-click re-rooting
  • Click to zoom, Ctrl/⌘-click to re-root, reverse (suffix) mode, break-at-newlines mode, frequency/occurrence sort
  • Responsive toolbar

Install manually: unzip word-tree-1.1.1.zip into <vault>/.obsidian/plugins/ and enable Word Tree in Settings → Community plugins. Or with BRAT: add General-Sentiment/obsidian-word-tree.
