2.1-shorter

This is a modification of the Petrov Day ceremony version 1.3 with two goals: 1. Shorten the ceremony length (it's around 30 minutes) and 2. Make the ceremony actions more scalable for larger groups. (This version contains minor visual and wording updates from 2.0-shorter.)

Final release for the COVID-19 ceremony modifications.

1.3.COVID-19-RC4

RC4 changes:

• Remove taper lighting image from page 13, as it doesn't make sense with the new instructions.
• Add a URL for the two sided version to the organizer guide.

1.3.COVID-19-RC3

Release candidate 3 of the COVID-19 version of the ceremony.

• Update the candle passing image to the taper lighting image.
• Added oven mitt to items.
• Minor tweaks to organizer guide.

1.3.COVID-19-RC2

RC2 changes:

• From pull request #1:
  • Improve the ceremony ending.
  • Add clarity to the stage directions.
  • Add clarity to the preamble and organizer guide.
  • Fix typos and improve language usage.
• Fix hard wrapping.
• Fix some character entity errors (em-dash, quotes).

1.3.COVID-19-RC1

A special note on COVID-19: We have attempted to update the ceremony to accommodate social distancing needs while hewing to the intentions of the original.

The primary changes are around moving ceremony outdoors, updating the equipment list and recommended equipment, maintaining distancing during the ceremony, and reducing the amount of share equipment handling during the ceremony.
