Improve agent onboarding for new users

BOOTSTRAP.md now walks the agent through guiding a fresh user from
zero to a working install: build (Android Studio + CLI), adb install,
enabling the accessibility service, and verifying it works.

SOUL.md adds an explicit setup-guide mode alongside the existing
maintenance mode, with guidance on pacing steps and diagnosing
common failure points (USB debugging, accessibility toggle).
