Learn about vigilant mode.

Changes:

  • Remove dynamics toggle on drums
    • Dynamics are always on for pro drums and always off otherwise, so this option is pointless. On the CLI version you only get a warning that the option has been deprecated and will be removed in future
  • Fix disco flip not changing yellow toms into red toms
  • Fix unison phrases on RB3 that are only drums and one other instrument
