Changes:

• Remove sp_phrases parameter from NoteTrack constructor
  • Since we no longer cull phrases with no notes, the setter is sufficient
• Remove unison_phrases member function on Song and add rb3_unison_phrases and yarg_unison_phrases
  • This is because of a bug in YARG v0.14.0 that causes different behaviour from RB3
• Fix some unison phrase bugs
• Fix notes at the very end of a disco flip event being included, when they shouldn't
• Fix zero-length tom events on .mid not converting notes to toms
• Correctly handle duplicate SP phrases on .mid
• Change C++20 requirement to C++20 or later
• Add _sightread_ to CMake functions to namespace them
