feat: complete sampler heritage kit

Summary

• adds strict, versioned sampler Heritage profiles with canonical JSON import/export, typed voice/bus/record-commit blocks, deterministic state, and future migration hooks
• separates authored artifact clock from note pitch, keeps reconstruction/color in a fixed per-voice frame, and integrates resident plus streamed PulpSampler playback
• adds cyclic and adaptive commit stretch, bounded causal live cyclic stretch, neutral analog/bus color, capture/calibration tooling, and three neutral example profiles
• documents the overlap with existing sampler primitives, profile authoring workflow, reusable agent research prompt, primary-source five-machine mechanism research, trademark/non-affiliation posture, and optional recipe calibration

Pulp ships neutral examples, not named hardware profiles or exact-emulation claims. Hardware captures and human listening gate publication of a calibrated recipe; they do not block the neutral mechanism SDK.

Validation

• focused Heritage JSON, pitch, live-cyclic, record-commit, engine, sampler, calibration, G1 composition/image, and Release G3 performance gates
• product-backed C1-C6 calibration bootstraps and negative controls
• tools/check-docs.sh (passes with the repository's existing warnings)
• final structured autoreview: clean, no accepted/actionable findings
