Summary

Adds the minimum architecture structure needed to connect existing GCS learning mechanisms without introducing a new runtime or changing component ownership.

Changes

  • adds a Cognitive Evolution Coordination contract
  • defines a shared Qualified Cognitive Event envelope
  • defines common replay and promotion shapes
  • places coordination under the existing RuntimeCoordinator
  • links HCTS Cognitive Training Events to the shared envelope
  • updates the architecture overview and reading guides

Scope

Documentation only. Existing GAML, VTG, EGGROLL, routing, arbitration, MNN, SGProcessingManager, SuperGenius, SDK, and RuntimeCoordinator ownership boundaries remain in place.
