v0.2.0 - The Windows "find the claude" Fix

This fix effectively enables the selection of Claude installations on Windows systems.

I do not know why, but my Claude is configured at a really weird location with .cmd suffix.

Now opcode handles that as well, and I built the executable for everyone in this awesome community so you do not have to!

The code is edited by me and Claude. Expect code quality issues.
