gentle-pi v0.10.4

Fixes

• Fix cross-platform pi-pretty installation by installing @heyhuynhgiabuu/pi-pretty as a normal dependency instead of bundling it into the gentle-pi tarball.
• Preserve automatic pi-pretty loading through the gentle-pi package manifest.
• Prevent publisher-platform native optional dependencies from being baked into the package, allowing macOS, Linux, and Windows installs to resolve their own native FFF dependencies.
