Enhancements and fixes to EEM sequence test programme

  1. Optimised sequence test programme for the accuracy test / dial test

  2. Added a time base option to the dial test and optimised the test.

  3. Added display of the number of impulses for both the creep test and the start test.

  4. Minor changes to the interface of the query program and optimisation of the display of the results

  5. The reset timing of ICT equipment is set to 5 seconds after the current is reset to zero.

  6. Enhance the program's query data interface to improve usability, and ensure it generates a folder named "c:\temp_EEM" for exporting the Excel file.

  7. The query and print program prioritizes using WPS to open Excel files.
