Media Control Shortcuts

I think a useful addition would be to support Play/Pause, Next and Previous key support.

When connecting a USB or Bluetooth keyboard with media keys to a phone the buttons work as expected, but they don't seem to be passed through to the device when using scrcpy.

I'm not sure if it makes more sense to have a separate shortcut or to actually listen to the media keys themselves.

I would say the latter, otherwise this would add too many shortcuts :)

I've been toying with this a bit today, it seems making this work on the Windows side is going to be more work than just adding cases for SDLK_AUDIOPLAY, SDLK_AUDIONEXT and SDLK_AUDIOPREV.

Just for testing I created the appropriate functions and set CTRL+Left to be previous, CTRL+Right to next, and CTRL+L to play/pause-- and it all works.

While looking at the android keycodes, I found a AKEYCODE_VOICE_ASSIST that I tried to use, but it doesn't seem to open the assistant like I hoped it would.

I would say the latter, otherwise this would add too many shortcuts :)

But this could not work, since we don't want to capture the host media keys (the user might still want change the volume on the desktop).
