Improved version of GeSSA that:

allows using the warmup option to perform multiple times the same scan at a user-defined resolution

works with a user-defined setup/configuration section that has been moved into a separate python file. As a consequence, only the shebang of the GeSSA script must be adapted before first use. When using future versions of GeSSA, there will be no need for copying the configuration in GeSSA again.
