Addressed the open issues. Tested on CachyOs and Windows. Unfortunately I don't own a macos device I can use to test the app, if you spot any bugs report them in the issues.

New

• First-run setup wizard.
• UI Scale for whole-app zoom + window now remembers its positioning and size. Closes #19.
• You can now select where to save app icons etc. and Linux builds now keep their settings etc. in "~/.config/ScrcpyGui/" . Closes #32.
