Fixes SoftOne customer creation for new checkout customers by generating plain SoftOne C + five digit customer codes such as C00046 instead of the rejected reserved C8/C9 web ranges. The web-customer marker remains in CUSEXTRA BOOL01, and exact-code collision probing still avoids reusing unrelated SoftOne customer codes.\n\nValidated with PHP syntax checks, order export readiness regression, Greek JSON decoding regression, and JS syntax check for the storefront checkout e2e spec.
