Crewscape 2.5.0 adds responsive task displays to agent workstations, making each agent's current work easier to follow.

• Each workstation now has a task display with the conversation or agent title and current status.
• Zoom out for compact status markers, or zoom in to see the latest recorded step. Selecting an agent expands its display when space allows.
• Displays avoid neighbouring agents, desks and floating panels. A more agent readouts · Focus button helps you reach displays hidden by crowding.
• Workstation activity cues distinguish thinking, coding, testing, reading and requests for your attention. They respect reduced-motion settings.
• Updated workstation spacing gives each agent and its display more room.

Crewscape 2.4.0

Crewscape 2.4.0 keeps your office focused on current work and makes older conversations easier to find.

• Chats and their linked helpers appear by default. Use Other runs to include standalone command-line and unidentified runs.
• Show history opens a searchable list with 20 items per page. It no longer fills the animated office with old rooms and robots.
• The office animation pauses while work history is open and when the window is hidden. Drawing is capped at 30 FPS to reduce rendering work.
• Open a history item to inspect just that conversation and its team. Close history with Close or Esc.
• Older failures show dated outcomes instead of persistent live alerts. Labels distinguish chats, helpers, commands and CLI runs.
• Dismissing an issue clears its floor alert immediately. Desktop command results track running processes and their completion more reliably.

Crewscape 2.3.1

Crewscape 2.3.1 makes agent status and background apps easier to understand.

• Agents that reach a usage limit show a clear pause. Missing updates say “No recent activity” instead of implying the agent is asleep.
• App availability is shown separately from the agent that started it. Background apps can stay on while an agent is idle or paused.
• Short hover cards explain tasks in plain language and stay in a fixed position without moving or zooming the office.
• Moving toward Details keeps the card open. Keyboard users can move between racks and Details with Tab and Shift+Tab.
• Stopped apps and tasks with an unknown purpose are described more clearly. Raw commands and longer explanations remain in Details.
• Saved task messages can be opened when their file was recorded. Text printed by a search can no longer be mistaken for a running process.
• Includes Crewscape ownership, license and third-party notices.

• Accounts use meaningful labels instead of Account A/B. Give multiple accounts personal names; a single known account needs no dropdown.
• Choose Start with Windows in Settings or the tray menu. Crewscape starts hidden in the tray.
• Closing the window explains the tray behavior and lets you keep monitoring, quit, or cancel. You can remember the tray choice.
• Clearer usage messages explain sign-in, outdated readings and refresh failures, with actions to recover.
• Empty views explain what to do next. Readable project names sit on the office floor, with clearer activity indicators and animated connections.
• The office sky adds provider constellations and meteor showers. Scrollbars, alerts and navigation are more consistent.
• Servers stopped on purpose are identified more accurately.
