Internal Improvements

Changed internal branch name from release to ci-release for better clarity
Updated all references to the internal branch in the workflow:
- Push changes step now uses ci-release branch
- GitHub release creation now uses ci-release branch
- Branch synchronization now merges from ci-release instead of release
