The 1.46.1 changelog lists only the CI fix. The release also carries the getChannel message pagination feature (#265), which is present in the published jar.
standard-version dropped it because the squash commit subject is
[CHA-4661] feat: ..., and a subject starting with the ticket prefix does not parse as a conventional commit. This adds the missing entry by hand. The GitHub release body is updated to match.
