  • Added framed AES-GCM end-to-end encryption via Call.setE2EEManager(_:) and EncryptionManager. Attach the manager before join(), or pass nil to detach it. #1249
  • Call.create, CallViewModel.startCall, joinCall, and joinAndRingCall accept optional encryption settings so get-or-create can set mode auto-on. #1249
  • Call.getRingState(callSessionId:) and VideoConfig.ringStatePolling, to tune or turn off ring state polling. #1302

  • The joining screen now closes when answering a CallKit call fails. #1334
  • A caller no longer stays stuck ringing when an accept, reject, or end event is lost. #1302
  • Fixed a race condition when compressing WebRTC statistics concurrently. #1311
  • The microphone indicator in the floating local-participant view is now left-aligned when connection quality is unavailable. #1287
  • A join that fails with an unrecoverable error is no longer retried, and a call that failed to join is no longer reused by the next join. #1335
