Highlights

• Bundle the official Round 5 public CSVs under datasets/round5/.
• Enforce the official Round 5 position limit of 10 for all 50 new products.
• Update the bundled Python traders so Round 5 products also use limit 10.
• Expose --raw-csv-market-trades for controlling raw CSV public tape passthrough.
• Make round5 the default zero-argument dataset now that it is the latest populated bundled round.
