v0.4.2 — now on PyPI

tuistore is now published on PyPI:

pip install tuistore
uv tool install tuistore
pipx install tuistore

Required publishing ricekit to PyPI first (PyPI rejects direct git dependencies) and switching tuistore's own dependency to a normal version pin.
