Completes the remaining gated-launch source work in the public runtime. Adds secure password recovery and policy enforcement, current-validation-bound Studio review, browser-mediated CLI and desktop authorization with S256 PKCE, rotating refresh families, encrypted TOTP MFA and recovery codes, bounded authentication admission, sanitized audit events, and the catalog migrations and concurrency guards that enforce those contracts. Verification completed locally: locked workspace formatting, strict Clippy, all-target tests, 77 live PostgreSQL integration tests, adversarial review, declaration comments, and exact diff checks.
