  • apply complete candidate-directory and recursive nested AGENTS.md discovery in the reconstruction workflow;
  • retain terminal workstream and task transitions explicitly in scaled-mode STATE.md;
  • preserve the existing lifecycle status when a completion claim lacks verification;
  • update English and Simplified Chinese documentation.
