Fixed

• Preserve live outer calls after block-local shadows and keep JSX text out of declaration discovery. Multiline callback bodies retain their enclosing function/arrow extents. Cleanup/campaign proposals no longer include the reproduced live-function and phantom-text cases.
• Resolve simple immutable callable aliases and literal Python decorator dependencies; qualify unsupported callable aliases and decorator factories. Respect parameter/callback bindings and ES namespace export surfaces, including cache invalidation on visibility changes.
• Keep useful partial find/explain/context/risk results on CLI and MCP with shared in-band completeness. Incomplete decision gates remain inconclusive.
• Map supported JSX component renders and known function values, including Python handler registration and JSX event properties. Impact follows reference consumers; direct-call answers expose reference users separately.
• Keep incomplete or dynamic maps and JSX component-like orphans out of deletion proposals. Preserve unresolved-target and ambiguous-call diagnostics through extraction caches.

• Bundle a focused codeweb coding skill for mapped caller inspection, reuse comparison and structural edit verification in Codex. Document the plugin installation path and recognize an installed codeweb-mcp binary in local configuration checks.
• Add opt-in local evidence receipts to context and review. Agents can compare previously mapped callers with a fresh source snapshot and read bounded historical pages. See docs/cli.md.
