  • Selected the newest discovered Codex CLI by default when multiple installations exist, while preserving explicit path overrides.

npm native host package

Install the managed extension and native host once to enable signed automatic stable updates:

npm exec --yes codex-overleaf-link@2.3.3 -- install-managed

The legacy native-only installer remains available for unmanaged extension directories:

npm exec --yes codex-overleaf-link@2.3.3 -- install-native

Run native diagnostics with the same pinned package:

npm exec --yes codex-overleaf-link@2.3.3 -- doctor

Uninstall the native host with the same pinned package:
