Updated for RiotWatcher 3.0.0, overhaul of menus

Updated to use RiotWatcher 3.0.0, and use pick in system menus instead of some botched together number input system.

Also some improvements to the program looping.

Fixed crash if players.txt did not exist

• functions.py is imported as is

• if file not found in getsavedplayer(), program no longer crashes
