Cinekive v0.4.6 — native engine fix

Cinekive v0.4.6 — native engine actually starts

Critical fix: v0.4.5 engine packs shipped a Python venv that pointed at the GitHub Actions runner (hostedtoolcache). On your machine the API logged No Python at ... and the engine could not start.

v0.4.6 ships a relocatable Python (python-build-standalone). The app also auto-replaces broken/outdated engine packs on launch.

2. If the old engine is still stuck, delete the engine folder and reopen:
   • Windows: %APPDATA%\Cinekive\data\engine
   • Mac: ~/Library/Application Support/Cinekive/data/engine
3. Click Start — it re-downloads the fixed pack (~550 MB+)
