fix security vulnerabilities and migrate webapi to net10.0
- upgrade webapi target framework from net7.0 to net10.0
- remove automapper 12.0.1, vulnerable to cve-2026-32933 (no patch available)
- add riok.mapperly 4.3.1 as source-generated automapper replacement
- replace microsoft.aspnetcore.mvc.localization 2.3.9 with frameworkreference to microsoft.aspnetcore.app
- eliminates transitive system.security.cryptography.xml 8.0.2 vulnerability (GHSA-37gx-xxp4-5rgx, GHSA-w3x6-4m5h-cxqf)
- bump swashbuckle.aspnetcore from 6.5.0 to 10.1.7
- remove unused microsoft.aspnetcore.openapi package
- update openapi namespace import in program.cs for swashbuckle 10 breaking change
- add productmapper partial class using mapperly source generator
- migrate productscontroller from automapper to mapperly
