Release 1.0.10 [Stable]
This release updates relevant libraries, adds new variables and scopes for accessing newer Twitch API end-points, a few fixes and squashed bugs.

[Added] Multi Message Commands
[Fixed] Due to the recent API Key changes the Points Username search stopped working. This has now been corrected

[Library] Discord .NET updated from v3.11.0 to v3.12.0
[Updated] The language files have been cleaned up a little bit
[Added] The Bot URL / IP and Bot Port will now be shown in the Web Panel Version section for easier trouble-shooting

[Updated] Added new Scopes and Twitch end-point (helix/channels/followers) to get the follower information
[Warning] As always, new scopes require you to reset the config.json file -- I have no way of retroactively providing such powers (Twitch need to stop messing with this stuff)

[Library] Split TwitchLib up into it's seperate parts for easier updating as the full "suite" is never updated with the latest modules

[Fixed] The !followage command was broken because I forgot to change to the new end-point
