First published release. Ad-hoc signed only (no Developer ID cert configured yet) — macOS will show an "unidentified developer" warning on first open; right-click ClaudeBeacon.app in Applications and choose Open to run it.

Also adds the missing Claude Code plugin marketplace manifest, so:

/plugin marketplace add Gikunjuu/claude-beacon
/plugin install claude-beacon@claude-beacon

now works as documented in the README.
