A Bauhaus-inspired analog clock screensaver for macOS, built natively with Core Graphics. No third party dependencies, just Swift, AppKit, CoreText, and CoreGraphics.

What's in this release

• 16 dial palettes, from Noir to Sky Blue to Tennis
• 3 movement types: Quartz tick, Mechanical sweep, and a fully smooth Digital option
• Night mode with 9 lume colors and a soft gaussian glow
• A companion settings app, so the dial you configure is the exact one that shows up when the screen locks
• Classic and Compact sizing, burn in drift protection, and an optional second hand

Installing

1. Download Dial.dmg below and open it
2. Drag Dial.saver onto the Screen Savers folder shortcut to install the screensaver
3. Drag Dial.app onto the Applications folder shortcut to install the settings app
4. Open System Settings, Screen Saver and select Dial
5. Open the Dial app from Applications to pick a palette, movement, and lume color

This build is ad hoc signed, not notarized. On first launch macOS will say it cannot verify the developer. Right click the app or the installed screensaver and choose Open once to get past that, or allow it under System Settings, Privacy and Security.
